Sales reps for Alexion Neurology relied heavily on lengthy printed materials for sales meetings that made it difficult to present information in a direct and personalized way. They needed a support tool to organize marketing assets and help deliver a more polished and modern pitch to their HCPs.
Tamooz developed the eDetailer as an easy-to-use online tool to help plan and facilitate meetings. The first step was to transform Alexion’s printed materials into more concise digital assets that could easily be viewed on an iPad. With the eDetailer, representatives are now able to choose relevant pages to create more customized pitches and can save their ‘favorites.’ As part of the solution, we also developed an app that allows Alexion staff to easily access the content during meetings and present on iPads.
